Tucson Mountains Watercolor Postcard
Meet the Creator: Elvis Godwin-Snyder
I found myself sometimes thinking about the people I care for and wanting to express my feelings to them, so, I started creating one-of-a-kind postcards to send to my loved ones. With this gratitude exercise, I would find creative ways of finding folks’ mailing addresses and surprising them with my art and a sweet note handwritten on the back. I now continue to create art on blank postcards and I hope to share this gratitude exercise with others through selling them on this platform. This postcard specifically is inspired by the iconic purple mountains that surround Tucson, Arizona. When I made this piece I hadn't played with watercolor paints in a while and this was an experiment that became an exciting work of art. This postcard would be great for anyone who appreciates Tucson or the outdoors.
