I found myself sometimes thinking about the people I care for and wanting to express my feelings to them, so, I started creating one-of-a-kind postcards to send to my loved ones. With this gratitude exercise, I would find creative ways of finding folks’ mailing addresses and surprising them with my art and a sweet note handwritten on the back. I now continue to create art on blank postcards and I hope to share this gratitude exercise with others through selling them on this platform. This mixed media postcard specifically shows a chaotic image of a melty figure, broccoli, and a hidden message, "eat ur veggies". On top of acrylic paint markers, I added glitter nail polish to make it even more chaotic and exciting. This postcard would be great for someone who enjoys eating their veggies and being in chaotic situations.
